The Longbridge site is located approximately 11 kilometres Southwest of Birmingham City centre and is situated about 5 kilometres from both the M42 and M5 motorways.  The site is accessible by road off the A38, and we have a direct rail link onto one of the main lines feeding Birmingham.

As can be seen from the recent photograph, rural farmland and housing developments surround the site.

To the East of the site is the Powertrain Ltd engine manufacturing plant, another subsidiary company of Phoenix Venture Holdings.
